1. About SellLink
SellLink is a web platform that helps social media and WhatsApp sellers create product links, generate product posters, receive order details, manage customers, track payment and delivery status, collect reviews, and share products more professionally.
2. Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for the products they upload, the prices they publish, the descriptions they provide, and the promises they make to customers. Sellers must not upload illegal, misleading, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited products.
3. Customer transactions
SellLink does not collect customer payments for sellers and does not take transaction fees from sales. Payments, delivery arrangements, refunds, exchanges, and product disputes are handled directly between the seller and the customer unless SellLink clearly provides a separate service in the future.
4. Subscriptions and access
SellLink may offer Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Paid plans may unlock higher limits or extra features. If a paid subscription expires, SellLink may limit access to paid features, downgrade the account to Free access, or ask the seller to renew before continuing to use paid tools.
5. Reviews and verification
SellLink may allow customer reviews and verified seller badges. Reviews and verification are intended to improve trust, but they do not guarantee that a seller, customer, product, or transaction is risk-free. SellLink may approve, hide, reject, suspend, or remove reviews and badges where needed.
6. Account suspension
SellLink may limit, suspend, or permanently close accounts that misuse the platform, mislead customers, abuse reviews, violate these terms, or create risk for other users.
7. Changes to the platform
SellLink may update features, pricing, limits, subscription packages, policies, and platform rules as the product improves. Sellers should review these terms from time to time.
