Payment and delivery tracking

Know who has paid and what still needs delivery.

Sellers can mark payment and delivery progress on each order so they do not depend only on memory or scattered WhatsApp chats.

Why it matters

This is especially useful when many customers are ordering at the same time and the seller needs to know what is pending, paid, processing, dispatched, delivered, or cancelled.

How to use it

Open the orders dashboard.

Tap an order to open its details.

Update payment status when the customer pays.

Update delivery status as the order moves from processing to dispatched or delivered.

Example

A seller receives ten orders in one day. By the end of the day, they can filter by pending payment or delivery status to see what still needs attention.
